Best DC Metro app!

I use this for the bus, rail, and circulator bus. None have ever failed me. Rail map and alerts are a tap away. Bus routes have a map to show you whats nearby, or you can search by route number or name.

The one caveat with the next bus feature, which others have complained about in their reviews of the app, is that the GPS signal broadcasting from the bus has to be functional in order for the next bus feature to see it (this is true for WMATAs own tracker also.) It is not the apps fault that a bus has malfunctioning GPS and therefore doesnt show up on the app.

The app can also pick up the GPS broadcast of a bus that is out of service, meaning it shows up on the next bus feature, and then the bus zooms by instead of stopping like you thought it would. Again I think this is the bus or operator error and not the within the apps control. I know Ive had more than one bus fly by with the "out of service" sign when it was supposed to be in service according to the metro schedule. In these instance my complaints are always made with WMATA, not this fabulous app.

Ive tried other DC Metro apps, this one is a one stop shop. Get it!
