DC Metro and Bus App Reviews

Not very helpful, hard to use, and DOESNT HAVE A TRIP PLANNER!!!!!!!! The Trip Planner is the most helpful part of the website, why would it not be on the app?

I love this app because it makes commuting easier. I use it every day for metro updates or to check for the next bus.

I use this Metro App everyday and I love it. It takes the guess work out of when a bus will actually arrive and what will be my best route option to get to my destination. I have over 20 Apps on my phone and I rate this one the best and most useful.

Easily the best of the apps out there for DC metro. Accurately gives upcoming times for both metro and bus, and looks much crisper and cleaner than the other apps.

Since about August 15 it hasnt worked right. Some lines have no info. Other lines are just inaccurate. I reported the issues but nothing has been fixed.

Bring back Next Bus! You all have no idea what your doing!

I used this app last year and it was great. For some reason since Ive gotten back to DC it never works and its annoying. I just want to know what time the bus comes

I love this app. I use it for both bus and train schedules. I find the information reliable. I love the "favorites" option; it streamlines my use of the app. I also appreciate how it filters notifications. I find I get very little irrelevant information that way. Lots of effort went into this design and it shows -- thank you!!

Enjoy this app, but one of my bus stops is no longer on the map. B8 by Costco in fort Lincoln is no longer showing

Works perfectly for me every day very useful app

We too have this problem with the Washington DC bus display arrivals in this app -- usually early in the mornings, it simply will not work and just keeps searching and searching.

Lack of a trip planner is absurd, the app is effectively useless for tourists. Next bus crashes frequently.

It doesnt crash so it automatically gets another star. Thats about the only good thing about it though. Doesnt show arrival/departing times for any metro stops. To the creator; Take a look at the CalTrain app. Thats how it should be done.

I love this app, its very accurate & helpful.

This is my 3rd attempt at finding a transit app that is easy to use and doesnt crash. Very well designed and intuitive! Definitely a keeper!
